Chris Cortez performs his solo show. Full of surprises from his many CD releases and more.
An international recording artist with a wide range of musical interests, Chris ranks among the top jazz guitarists in the world. He's been featured in Downbeat, Jazziz, Jazz Times, Le Jazz Hot Paris, etc... He's performed at clubs and festivals all over the world. His recordings are critically acclaimed.
Tonight's performance also includes "Artist Spotlight: Everett Spruill." Most known for his "Old School Jazz and Blues Series," Everett creates colorful paintings and collages with a complex variation of paints, recycled and re-purposed materials. He is considered one of Central Florida's biggest influences on African-American art.
