Carol Stein and Friends Jazz Band have been performing together for over 25 years perform together on the “The Jazz Lady” recording. Each gifted musician has traveled and performed all over the world.

Carol Stein is an acclaimed pianist, entertainer, vocalist, composer: performing a variety of musical genres from jazz to classical or musicals and cabarets to pub songs. Throughout her career, she has lived, performed and traveled around the globe from Switzerland to Hong Kong to New York and in between. Carol has been the guest solo artist with various orchestras and has been a musician for the Walt Disney company for over 29 years. She is the resident musician at the Rose and Crown Pub at the UK Pavilion in EPCOT at Walt Disney World in Florida.

Eddie Marshall is a saxophonist / flutist from Southern California moving to Florida in the mid 1970’s. Eddie is well known as a versatile multi-instrumentalist who has performed Broadway Shows, numerous orchestras for acts like Moody Blues, Kansas, Natalie Cole, Mel Torme, Smokey Robinson, Maureen McGovern, and many more. Known for his consummate professionalism and talents, he can perform solo shows, small ensembles, Big Bands, as well as performing with Symphonic orchestras. He runs Time Out Productions, and has performed over twenty years at Disney, Universal, the Villages, Blue Bamboo, and almost every venue in existence in Central Florida. He is also a member of Wings of Sound.

Charlie Silva is a sought after and in demand Bassist; respected by musicians all over for his natural groove and boundless repertoire! He has the ability to lay down the musical pulse of a tune and keep the movement flowing in every genre of music; from blazing swing and latin tempos to the laid back beat of a sultry ballad. He studied at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz, California and studied jazz improvisation with Ray Brown, (Trumpet player) and continued his professional journey performing on cruise ships. Charlie has performed in the orchestra and jazz ensembles in Central Florida and around the world.

Barry Smith on Drums is originally from Jacksonville, Florida. Known for his exquisite stylings on drums, he can provide both the swinging drive for a big band and the sensitive rhythmic pulse for ballads and small combos. Barry received his Bachelor of Music Degree from North Texas State University. Since 1982, Barry has been based in the Orlando area as a free-lance musician and performing for Walt Disney World in production shows and conventions. Barry has performed in festivals, on tours, and in concerts and clubs with artists such as Rosemary Clooney, Woody Herman, Ira Sullivan, Marian McPartland, Rob McConnell, Bobby Shew, and Debbie Boone. A variety of recording work has included live television series such as the New Original Amateur Hour. Barry is on the faculty at Valencia and Daytona State Colleges, and has served as Assistant Professor of Music at Florida State University.
