Join the Orlando Jazz Orchestra Quintet as they feature two full-length albums recorded by the godfather of jazz trombone, JJ Johnson, alongside the artistry of Kai Winding. Together the duo recorded hundreds of tunes showcasing the sound of trombone mastery. From arranging to playing, it is clear how two trombonists managed to record dozens of hit albums together. To fill the roles of JJ and Kai, Corey Paul and Derrick Harris take the stage with Greg Parnell on drums; Bob Thornton on piano and Greg Zabel on bass. Come enjoy an evening of classic tunes that 'swing' along with a few surprises on the way!
