Chamber Music Players

Blue Bamboo Center for the Arts, 1905 Kentucky Ave, Winter Park

Chamber Music Players consist of internationally recognized violin-viola duo Routa Kroumovich and Alvaro Gomez. This husband-and-wife team and their friends will play classical selections rarely performed. Since making their professional debut in Russia in 1972, the couple have performed with orchestras in Europe, South America, Israel, Japan, Korea, Singapore, China, Canada, and as concert masters of the Chilean Philharmonic Orchestra. This duo performs together locally with the Bach Festival Orchestra. Routa is a professor at Stetson University School of Music and Dr. Alvaro Gomez is the conductor of the Maitland Symphony Orchestra and Baroque Chamber Orchestra both sponsored by local non-profit organization Performing Arts Matter.

Come enjoy our local talent as they bring the art of chamber music alive!
