Dave Smith was a local jazz enthusiast and when he passed away, his wife Paulette donated his incredible record and CD collection to Blue Bamboo. Our volunteers and staff have been working tirelessly to share this music with you. We’ve created a museum quality audio exhibit, that can be accessed through our website.
To officially launch the opening of this incredible collection, we’re hosting a listening party to listen and discuss the music together, along with multi-media presentations about the artists. Everyone is welcome to attend this event at Blue Bamboo. It’s fun, educational, free to all ages, and we encourage requests.
