Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra's Alphonse Carlo Jazz Band is a 17-20 piece ensemble that focuses on the study of big band jazz music. Students learn the theory behind jazz composition and improvisation and have the opportunity to do sectional work with some of the area's top jazz musicians. The Alphonse Carlo Jazz Band is for students ages 12 to 20.
Tickets for the Alphonse Carlo Jazz Band concert are $25.00 per person. If you also want to attend the Joseph Wise Jazz Band concert at 1:00 p.m., we are offering a discounted 2-show ticket for $35.00 per person. Please call Melody Cortez at 407-636-9951 to purchase a 2-show ticket.
