Greg Parnell's Classic Jazz Band "The Music of Matty Matlock"
Greg Parnell is a familiar face to regulars of the Blue Bamboo. He is the director and drummer of the Orlando Jazz Orchestra, a sideman in many different high-caliber groups, and Vice President of the Central Florida Jazz Society.
His new endeavor, the Classic Jazz Band, will be presenting the extensive music library of jazz icon Bill Allred.
Greg is the former road manager and drummer for the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He has also performed with The Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra, Les Brown’s Band of Renown, Nelson Riddle Orchestra as well as many other bands.
