Performing songs from their upcoming album “The Shape of Light” Ryan Devlin’s Electric Band is taking aim at the 70s funk and fusion genres. Influenced by artists like Steve Grossman, Joe Henderson and Michael Brecker, Devlin and his quintet put their own modern spin on the some of the classic tenor giants' arsenal of tunes and vocabulary.
